Jordan is a Pepperdine University graduate in Business and began his career in accounting at KPMG. He transitioned into real estate brokerage in 2009 and in 2012 also began flipping homes and building a real estate investment portfolio. Jordan is a licensed CPA, a licensed real estate broker, and a designated Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. He has been practicing real estate for 14 years and is a top-producing real estate broker with $600M in career real estate sales. He has also transacted over $50M in personal flips and partnership deals. He is currently working on his first development deal. He has been married to his wife, Kayleigh for 16 years and has two children – 15 year-old Theo and 12-year-old Emma. Jordan’s key to success is treating people like he would want to be treated. He lives in San Clemente and is passionate about his faith in Christ, his family, his health, volleyball, real estate investing and visiting as many countries as possible before he dies (25 so far).
